The breakfast was delicious, included in the price. Clean, soundproofed walls. Surprisingly quiet in the 20 bed dorm. Convenient location, just one tram ride from the center. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Upscale feel, clear communication. Comfortable beds, small lockers.

Clean Bathroom

It was cold in the room.

The facilities were great, from the huge common area to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via tram. We also loved the nearby bar district, Kallio. The staff was friendly and the hostel provided keycard access and lockers for our peace of mind. we highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Helsinki.

The hostel had comfortable beds, lockers in the room, and a big common space with tables, couches, and games. the grocery store below the building was convenient for all our needs. the vibe was amazing, with respectful and clean guests. We enjoyed the organised activities and the hostel's location was great for our nights out.

Great price for the accommodation and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The hostel is conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to access transportation.

The toilets were not very clean, and I had to clean them myself before using them. some fees have gone up, such as the cost of doing laundry, which is now 8 euros.

Very new and clean hostel type place. Very quiet and good kitchen facilities.

Wasn't very easy to find originally. Once used to the buses and trams it was relatively easy to get there. Toilet cubicles were really narrow. Sitting on the toilet shoulders were touching both sides and the toilet roll dispenser was in an aukwark position.

Mens wc: two sections and only with light Mens Shower: No one ones where to put shoes: walk barefoot on a dirty floor, leave it before entring, right after or put on a shelf. The main problem for us was that we have not received the booked room. On arriving to the hostel we've printed the reservation so it could ease the check-in. Guy on the reception told us that there are no private rooms available. Kinda double booking. It's awful. Guy offered us beds in a dorm room for free but this won't fix this mistake. We came to rest, but had stress. No service to store bags in the day of check-in or check-out. Disappointed. Will never come back.

They were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket nearby. It was convenient to explore the city and also grab any essentials I needed. One of the best aspects was the free breakfast provided, which was a great way to start the day and saved me some money.

One of the downsides of my stay was the lack of privacy in the dorm rooms. There were no curtains around the beds, which made it difficult to have some personal space.

The kitchen is dirty and messy...refrigerators are stocked with smelly foods... There was some problem with the heater in our room, but the receptionist said she could do nothing to help but offering blankets! She kept saying she's new and did not know whether the heater worked in the day or not and she could not find anyone to fix it nor report the problem to any superiors. Luckily the heater worked itself some time later. Also the hall is noisy, with loud music played by the receptionist and other guests!
